Our trip from Iowa went very smoothly! The corps rolled in to Indy at about 5:30AM this morning. We hit the floor for a few extra hours of sleep and woke up for the day at 9:00AM. Due to some events at the fairgrounds, we are shuttling to a nearby park and football field for rehearsal the next couple days. In the morning, the corps worked the drill for the second movement, the afternoon split for sectionals, and in the evening we regrouped for a full ensemble rehearsal. Tomorrow, we will begin work on our third movement!
The radar for the next week shows possible thunderstorms every day, but so far, so good! We'll keep our fingers crossed. Tomorrow I'll get some pictures up as well!
